Sweet and Spicy Seafood Sauce (Mild) A spicy tomato base loaded with fresh chilli and other spices. Perfect with seafood. Cook in minutes! Good with seafood and meat. No added MSG. No added preservatives. No artificial coloring Sweet and Spicy Hot Dish Bean Curd Prawn Cooking Method (Serves 2-3): 1. Fry 110g sliced egg beancurd (tofu) until golden brown. Set aside the beancurd egg. Pour in oil 2. Sauté onion in 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add 80g prawns (butterfly cut) and sauté until half cooked 3. Add 2 1/3 tbsp water, Prima Taste packet and fried egg beancurd. Mix well 4. Add 1 teaspoon of potato starch (mixed with 2 teaspoons of water) and egg. Sauté until sauce thickens Add onion and tomato for a tastier dish.
